The best grilled chicken ever

The best grilled chicken ever comes from our neighborhood. Four or five blocks away our neighbors cook chicken everyday at their house.

They have a tall smoke stack with an electric fan pulling the smoke out of the kitchen area. Great smells, great people, and they have a little dog that looks… well, like a hotdog.

The sign painted onto the cinder block wall in the front says:

POLLERIA

LAS 2 HERMANAS

POLLOS ASADOS

Meaning,  Chickeneria (think: Pizzeria), The 2 Sisters, Grilled Chicken.

You can walk in and get a whole grilled chicken for the equivalent of about $4. It comes in a recycled plastic grocery bag, complete with spanish rice, coleslaw, hot tortillas, and a bag of especially great salsa.
