Mexico City or bust

We have been looking around for a good place to stay for a while in the biggest city on this side of the planet, and we came across this gem on craigslist:

I have a room open for sublet or short term, one or two months. The room is in Roma Norte. This is near the Aliant university, metro Insuergente, metro Niños Heroes, Insurgentes Ave, Cuauhutemoc Ave, also colonias (neighborhoods) Doctores, Condesa, Juares, Napoles, Coyoacan… well, the whole bloody city.
Who we are:

Brian is a writer that lives in the states and here, me, I’m a photographer and a writer as well, I love to travel but I promised myself that I would stay in the city for at least a couple of years.
The apartment:
Im taking care of my sisters flat and what I intend on doing is with the rents collected make improvements to the house, re invest all the money into the house again.
What do you get:
well, internet and all utilities are included.
Brian might not be here too much this next couple of months since he’s taking this trip soon. I only use the kitchen you would have your own bathroom. the rooms are big and furnished.

My native language is spanish, so if you need to submerge in the language, I’ll be more than happy to just do spanish.
Mmmmmm, well, I cant think of anything else.

oh, yeah, there is a dog but he is mainly on my side of the house, that is independent from “your” side of the house… you’ll see.

Well, we are hoping to find someplace that might welcome our dog and two cats… this just might be it. :-)
